Georgian Drive is the north-end subdivision bounded by Highway 400, Duckworth Street and Penetanguishene Road, with Georgian College and a regional health centre inside it. The college's main campus carries over 10,000 full-time and roughly 25,000 part-time students. Those minimums produce exactly what the streets here look like: single-width bays, short aprons and very little room to stand a vehicle clear of the door. Snow has nowhere obvious to go once it is cleared.
