Repair or replace?

Rollers have worn out their bearings

Would new rollers make the door quieter?
Usually yes, and it is the single most effective noise fix on a door. Nylon rollers on decent bearings run noticeably quieter than builder-grade steel or worn nylon, and they take load off the opener at the same time.
The bottom of my track is dented from a snowblower. Does the whole track go?
Not necessarily. A shallow dent in the vertical section can often be brought back true, and only the affected section needs replacing if it cannot. What is not worth doing is leaving a crease in place: the roller catches at the same spot on every cycle, wearing the wheel flat and eventually letting the door climb out of the rail.
How often should the track and rollers be looked at in this climate?
Once before winter is the sensible rhythm. Clear the autumn debris out of the lower channel, check the rollers turn freely, and re-lubricate with something rated for cold weather before snow cover establishes at the end of November. That one visit prevents most of the frozen-debris and dragging-roller problems that show up in January.
Can I just spray the track with lubricant?
Lubricate the rollers, hinges and bearings, not the track channel. The rollers are meant to roll along a clean, dry rail; grease in the channel collects grit and turns into an abrasive paste, which in Barrie then freezes. Wipe the channel clean instead, and use a cold-rated lubricant on the moving parts.
